Using this website

PakistanBillCheck provides independent utility information and browser-based helpers. You may use it for lawful personal information purposes. It does not create a service contract with your electricity or gas provider and does not act as that provider’s payment agent.

Information and calculations

Sources, schedules and limitations are identified on relevant pages. Utility rules, portal layouts, charges and availability can change. Check the provider’s current information for your billing period and connection. The issued bill and the responsible authority’s applicable decision take precedence over an example here.

The calculator estimates only the components it lists. You remain responsible for choosing the correct inputs and confirming the result before making a payment or account decision. Report a suspected error with the inputs and public source, without private identifiers.

Responsible use

• Do not use the site to obtain or disclose another person’s account information without permission.
• Do not submit passwords, OTPs, private identity documents or payment-card details through the contact form.
• Do not interfere with the site, automate abusive requests or try to bypass external verification.
• Use official utility channels for emergencies, bills, complaints and account changes.

Links are offered for convenience and context. The provider of an external service controls its content, access requirements and privacy practices. A link is not a claim of government affiliation or a guarantee that the service is continuously available.

PakistanBillCheck does not collect bill payments or guarantee third-party outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that an informational example will match a particular account or that access will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website content and changes

The original written guidance, design and educational diagrams belong to their respective rights holders. Provider and regulator names are used to identify the relevant services, not to imply endorsement. Link to a guide when sharing it and do not misrepresent it as an official document.
