SSGC uses a 10-digit Customer Number. After the official page opens, check the returned account and month before downloading the bill or continuing to payment.
SSGC asks for a 10-digit customer number
The official SSGC Pay / Download page labels its field as a 10-digit Customer Number. That is the identifier this helper validates. It is different from an SNGPL consumer number, an electricity reference and your CNIC.
Copy the number exactly, including a leading zero. The helper only checks the format; it cannot confirm the account owner or outstanding amount. After the official page opens, compare the returned name/service details and month before taking another action.

- Handle payments through the supported channelIf continuing to payment, verify the biller, account and amount before authorising it. PakistanBillCheck neither collects money nor sees your payment status.
Keep a transaction receipt separately from the downloaded bill. It is the receipt, together with the payment service’s status, that records the transaction you made.
An account-information notice needs the provider
The SSGC portal can display notices about updating consumer details, including CNIC information. Follow the current official instructions and use SSGC’s designated customer service route. Do not send identity documents through our bill helper or general correction form.
Downloading a duplicate does not update the account name, customer identification or meter record. If a document has old details, retain it as evidence and ask SSGC which account-change process applies.
Read the gas calculation in the right units
A gas volume reading and a charge per MMBtu are not directly interchangeable. Look for the conversion and calorific-value information on the bill before multiplying anything. The gas guide explains the steps and where to seek the applicable schedule.
A bill can remain payable even when the visible consumption is low because its other lines and prior balance still need to be considered. This page does not quote a universal minimum bill or fixed-charge rate for every SSGC consumer. For a dispute, identify the line and billing month and use SSGC’s official customer-service information.
SSGC support and complaints
For a gas bill, payment or account query, use SSGC customer services or the contact printed on your latest bill. Keep the billing month and disputed line ready. Electricity complaint services cannot correct a gas account.

Can I use my SNGPL number on the SSGC page?
No. Confirm the company on your gas bill and use the customer number assigned by that company.
Why is SSGC asking me to verify something again?
The official portal controls its own verification. This helper cannot remove or bypass those checks.
Should I submit CNIC details to PakistanBillCheck?
No. Our helper does not require CNIC information. Follow any legitimate identity-update request only through SSGC’s official process.
