HAZECO bill helper

Free to use
Keep the leading zeros. Spaces and dashes are okay.

Open HAZECO directly ↗

You finish on the official website. We check the number’s format, try to copy it, and open the provider portal. Paste or re-enter it there. We do not retrieve or issue bills.

Independent of the utility. Your bill number is processed in this browser; our helper does not send it to our server.

Keep the newest account details in view

Keep older PESCO paperwork with its original dates. For a new lookup, use the issuer and reference shown on the latest HAZECO document you have.

HAZECO has a separate bill lookup

The PITC HAZECO endpoint opens as “HAZECO Web Bill”. Use it for a document issued by HAZECO. The similar PESCO endpoint is a different lookup; the provider name at the top of the result is a useful final check.

If the latest bill you can find still names PESCO, use that document as evidence when asking the provider which current account details apply. We do not infer a migration date, a replacement reference number or a territory boundary from your address.

Organise old and new paperwork

  • Keep each bill with its original provider name, month and reference number.
  • Compare the latest service address and meter identity before using a saved account in a payment app.
  • Save past receipts as proof of transactions for those dates; do not alter their identifiers.
  • If the account number differs, ask the provider how the records should be reconciled.

A change in company branding does not tell you whether a payment has transferred correctly. If a previous payment is missing from a later statement, provide its transaction reference through the official service channel and ask for a specific reconciliation.

When the HAZECO page returns no result

  1. Check the exact fieldUse Reference No for the 14-digit reference; choose Customer ID on PITC if you are entering that different identifier.
  2. Check the source documentLook for a HAZECO issuer on the bill, not just the town or a label saved in your browser.
  3. Ask for account confirmationIf the lookup still fails, use the contact details on your utility document. Explain which portal and billing month you tried; never post a complete bill publicly.

A direct link is always available above if copying or opening a new tab fails. You do not need to install an app, pay an access fee or provide a bank OTP to this website to reach the official bill page.

Check the amount and period after opening

Look separately at current energy charges, fixed charges, adjustments and prior balance. If comparing with an old PESCO copy, compare the billing dates and category as well as the unit total. The national residential calculator is only a base-charge estimate under its named schedule, not a check of account migration or payment status.

For a missing receipt or high reading, the complaint guide helps identify the evidence and official route.

HAZECO support and complaints

For a HAZECO reading, balance or supply issue, use PITC’s electricity complaint portal or the complaint contact printed on your current bill. Save the case number so you can follow up on the same issue.

For an error in this guide, contact PakistanBillCheck with the page link and the sentence or broken link. Leave out your private account details.

Questions you may have

Do I use HAZECO or PESCO?

Use the provider named on your current bill. If your documents disagree, request account confirmation instead of guessing from geography.

Does HAZECO use a completely different input here?

Its PITC form accepts a 14-digit reference lookup and offers Customer ID as a separate search option. Use the field label on your document.

Can this page move a PESCO payment into HAZECO?

No. Reconciliation of utility account records and payments must be handled by the provider and payment service.
