QESCO bill helper

Free to use
Keep the leading zeros. Spaces and dashes are okay.

Open QESCO directly ↗

You finish on the official website. We check the number’s format, try to copy it, and open the provider portal. Paste or re-enter it there. We do not retrieve or issue bills.

Independent of the utility. Your bill number is processed in this browser; our helper does not send it to our server.

Make the download useful on a small screen

On a phone, open the complete official bill before using Print or Save as PDF. Reopen the saved file to check that the due date and payment section were not cut off.

Start with QESCO’s official page

Use a reference number from a QESCO bill. The PITC page offers Reference No and Customer ID options; choose the one that matches the identifier you have. This helper checks the 14-digit reference format only.

When the result appears, compare the account details before zooming into the amount. A number that has the right length can still belong to another connection. Check the billing period too: an older document is not automatically a record for the current month.

Save from a phone without cutting off the payment section

  1. Open the full billLet the official result finish loading. If your browser opens a document viewer, use that viewer’s download or share controls.
  2. Use Print or Save as PDFWhere the portal provides a print button, start there. Browser menu labels vary: a phone may put Print under Share. You do not need to install a third-party bill app for this helper.
  3. Check the saved fileOpen it and inspect the reference, billing month, due date and bottom section. If the page is clipped, adjust orientation or scale in print preview and save again.
  4. Keep a private copyAvoid leaving bills in shared printer queues or public chat groups. Redact account details before asking for a general explanation online.

A screen capture can be a quick note, but it may miss the bottom of a long bill or make small numbers unreadable. Use the complete official copy whenever another organisation asks for a billing document.

If the official page is blank or slow

Use the direct QESCO link above to rule out a blocked new tab. Check that the browser has a working connection and that the address belongs to PITC. If the official portal is unavailable, return later or use the service contact printed on your bill.

Do not repeatedly enter account details into unrelated websites because one portal is unavailable. A failed page load alone does not explain why the portal is unavailable. A missing result also does not establish payment or disconnection status.

When you need more than a copy

A disputed QESCO reading needs the bill period and meter evidence. A missing payment needs its receipt and transaction reference. An account-name or load change needs the appropriate provider application. Use the help guide to choose the next step, and keep the official case number for follow-up.

Do not use the domestic base-charge calculator for an agricultural or business account. The connection category remains important even when the bill comes from the same provider.

QESCO support and complaints

For a QESCO reading, balance or supply issue, use PITC’s electricity complaint portal or the complaint contact printed on your current bill. Save the case number so you can follow up on the same issue.

For an error in this guide, contact PakistanBillCheck with the page link and the sentence or broken link. Leave out your private account details.

Questions you may have

Can I view a QESCO bill using CNIC here?

No. Use the bill’s reference or the Customer ID option provided on the official portal.

Why is the downloaded page missing its bottom half?

Check print preview and page scaling. A cropped screenshot or a fixed-height print layout can omit details; keep a complete readable copy.

Can you produce a duplicate when PITC is down?

No. We do not host account data or generate utility documents. The official provider supplies the bill.
