HESCO bill check — avoid the wrong Sindh portal

Open the official HESCO duplicate-bill page and identify your provider before entering account details.

Keep the leading zeros. Spaces and dashes are okay.

Open HESCO directly ↗

You finish on the official website. We check the number’s format, try to copy it, and open the provider portal. Paste or re-enter it there. We do not retrieve or issue bills.

Independent of the utility. Your bill number is processed in this browser; our helper does not send it to our server.

A Sindh address is not enough to choose a portal

HESCO, SEPCO and K-Electric are separate providers. Use the company on the bill, then keep the same account reference when checking a payment or reporting a problem.

Read the company name on the bill

HESCO, SEPCO and K-Electric are separate electricity providers. A search for “Sindh electricity bill” is too broad to identify a particular account. Match the name on the latest bill, then use that provider’s official route.

SEPCOUse the SEPCO guide
K-ElectricFollow K-Electric’s own bill instructions; the HESCO reference helper is not a K-Electric account service.

The helper does not test the number across other companies or search for the owner of a meter. A format check only tells you whether the entered number has the expected digits.

Get the HESCO copy for your account

  1. Find Reference NoUse the 14 digits on a HESCO bill. Keep a leading zero and leave out decorative spacing when you enter the official form.
  2. Complete the PITC lookupOpen the portal and paste or re-enter your reference. The official page also offers its own Customer ID option.
  3. Compare the returned detailsConfirm the meter/service address and current billing month before saving the page or using it for payment.

If the previous copy is unavailable, ask the utility or the person responsible for the connection for the correct account identifier. A CNIC or phone number entered here will not locate a bill.

Avoid borrowing another customer’s tax total

A neighbour’s final rupee-per-unit average can contain different adjustments, arrears or category charges. Compare the lines on your own HESCO copy rather than copying another provider’s complete payable total into your budget.

The bill-charge guide separates energy, fixed charges, adjustments, taxes and past balance. Tax applicability can depend on the connection and billing period; this page does not present a single provincial percentage as the answer for every account.

Prepare the right evidence

For a supply complaint, describe the location and time of the problem. For overbilling, identify the reading or charge that seems wrong and keep the relevant bill. For a payment discrepancy, keep the receipt and transaction reference. These are different issues even when they affect the same HESCO connection.

Use the complaint contact on your bill or the official CCMS route. PakistanBillCheck can receive a report about a broken link on this guide, but cannot correct an account, repair a meter or waive a charge.

HESCO support and complaints

For a HESCO reading, balance or supply issue, use PITC’s electricity complaint portal or the complaint contact printed on your current bill. Save the case number so you can follow up on the same issue.

For an error in this guide, contact PakistanBillCheck with the page link and the sentence or broken link. Leave out your private account details.

Questions you may have

Can a Karachi bill be checked in this HESCO form?

Choose the provider printed on the bill. A K-Electric account needs K-Electric’s own service; a province or city name alone should not determine the lookup.

Can I use the same receipt for HESCO and SEPCO?

No. A receipt belongs to the account and transaction it identifies. Confirm the provider and reference before payment.

Is a failed lookup proof that there is no bill due?

No. Confirm the identifier, provider and billing period, then ask the utility if the problem continues.
