Have a Customer ID instead of a reference number? Use the Customer ID option on LESCO’s own form. Before saving a PDF, check that its billing month and bottom payment section are visible.
Reference number or customer ID?
The PITC LESCO page offers separate searches for a reference number and a customer ID. The helper above checks the 14-digit reference format. If you only have a customer ID, open the official portal directly and choose its Customer ID option; do not pad the ID with zeros to make it fit this form.
A CNIC, phone number and meter serial number are different identifiers. Use the label on the bill to choose the correct field. For a rented portion or a building with several meters, compare the service address and meter number after the result opens. The account holder’s name alone may not distinguish two connections.
Save a LESCO copy without losing the details
- Check the result firstMatch the reference number, service address, billing month and due date. If the portal shows an earlier month, that is the copy currently available; our helper cannot create a newer one.
- Use the portal’s print optionIf a print control appears, use it. Otherwise open your browser’s Print menu and choose Save as PDF. A screenshot is convenient, but small tax lines and payment details can become unreadable.
- Inspect the saved pageOpen the PDF before leaving the portal. Check that the bottom payment section and due date are included. Change the print scale only if the page is cut off; keep the entire document readable.
Keep the original file private. A bill contains identifying information about a home or business. When asking about a charge online, share only the line that needs explanation and hide the account number, name, address and any scannable code.
Find the fields that matter
An unfamiliar amount needs a line-by-line check
Start with the unit total and reading dates, then look at arrears, adjustments and the current-month amount. The amount after the due date is not the same figure as the amount payable before it. An older balance can make a bill look high even when the new reading is ordinary.
For a disputed reading, keep a dated photograph and the bill you are challenging. Use the complaint guide to assemble the issue and track a complaint through the official channel. For a house purchase, the name-change process is separate from downloading a bill.

Can I use a LESCO customer ID here?

Does a PDF prove that I paid?
No. A duplicate bill shows billing information. Keep the bank or wallet transaction receipt as payment evidence and confirm any unresolved balance with the provider.
